Maple Hall/Maple Center is a beautiful facility located in the heart of historic downtown La Conner. It is available year-round for Banquets, Conferences, Meetings, Performing Arts Events, Retreats, and Weddings. The exterior features exposed red brick. The beautiful architecture welcomes your guests as they arrive for a romantic evening of toasting and celebrating. Featuring a spacious and open layout, the Hall allows you to create the exact configuration you need to accommodate your family and friends. Gather your family and friends at Maple Hall for an unforgettable wedding day celebration.

RENTAL RATES:

First Floor Only (Lower Maple Center, Maple Hall, Kitchen, Stage):                                                                       

     Friday, Saturday, or Sunday:  $750/day   

     Mon, Tues, Weds, or Thurs: $250/day 

Entire Facility (Upper & Lower Maple Center, Maple Hall, Kitchen, Stage, Balcony):

     Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: $1,000/day

     Mon, Tues, Weds, or Thurs:   $350/day

Upper or Lower Conference Room Only:

     Mon-Thurs only: $25/day

*Cleaning/Damage Deposit:  $500

* Additional Alcohol Deposit: $500

*Nonprofit corporations are extended a 35% discount off the base rental rates.  Such groups are asked provide their nonprofit designation letter from the IRS at the time of reserving the facility.
