Planning, Permits & Codes

La Conner's Planning Department processes permits and oversees both long and short-term planning across all sectors. 

Looking to submit a permit? Email it to Ajah Eills at planner@townoflaconner.org or turn in a hard copy to Town Hall or through the mail. Please note, some permits have processing fees.

Duties

The Planning Department plans, organizes and coordinates all planning activities for the Town, including developing and implementing land use policies and procedures. This includes reviewing permit applications and conducting historic design, shoreline and critical area reviews.
